Privacy notice
Last updated 18 October 2026
This notice explains how we use personal data collected through this website, meetle.ai. It covers people who visit the site and people who join the early-access list.
When the Meetle app opens, it will have its own privacy notice, which you’ll see before you start using it.
Who we are
Meetle is a trading name of Hiyield Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 11362053). We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Hiyield Ltd
13a Kenwyn Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3DJ
For anything to do with your data, email privacy@meetle.ai.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect:
- your email address
- your first name and the role you choose (founder or CEO, investor, sales or business development, or other), if you give them
- where you came from, if the link you followed says, such as the event where you heard about Meetle
- when you signed up, as a record of your consent
When you visit any page, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic technical details, such as your browser type, to deliver the page, limit repeated sign-ups from one address and protect the site from attack. See Who we share it with.
We don’t use analytics or advertising tools on this website, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To email you about Meetle early access. That’s a confirmation when you sign up and an invitation when it’s your turn, plus the occasional update about early access. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining the list. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To decide who to invite first. Your role and where you came from help us choose the order we let people in. This is part of what you consented to.
- To deliver and secure the website. We rely on our legitimate interests in running a website that works and stays safe.
We only email you about Meetle early access. We won’t add you to any other mailing list, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, who process data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, sends our emails, delivers your sign-up to us and protects the site from attack.
- Our email provider stores the sign-up emails we receive and the emails we send.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
We may also share data if the law requires us to, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while early access is running, and delete them within six months of Meetle opening to everyone. If you unsubscribe, we delete them straight away, keeping only your email address on a suppression list so we never email you again. If you create a Meetle account, the app’s privacy notice applies to your account instead.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies on this website, so there’s no cookie banner. To remember which event link brought you here while you look around, the page stores that tag in your browser for the length of your visit (session storage). It’s deleted when you close the tab. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) when it needs to check that traffic comes from a person. It holds no personal details and lasts no more than 30 minutes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- restrict how we use it, or object to our using it
- give you your data in a portable format
To unsubscribe, reply “unsubscribe” to any of our emails, or email hello@meetle.ai. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To make any other request, email privacy@meetle.ai. We’ll reply within one month. There’s no charge.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
We’ll update this page if anything changes and show the date of the latest version at the top.
